Applications for 2018 #SpectrumGrad Program now open

Broadspectrum is currently searching for the next 20 #SpectrumGrads to join us in January 2018.

After a successful start to the reinvigorated graduate program, our Executive Committee has requested an expansion of the program and increase the number of graduates we bring into the organization.

This is a unique opportunity for graduates to join a company ranked as a ‘Top 100 Graduate Employer 2017’, and that was recently also listed as a finalist in the Australian HR Awards category ‘Best Graduate Development Program’ – the winner will be announced in September.

In 2018, we will welcome 20 new #SpectrumGrads to begin their career journey at Broadspectrum, four of which will be based in New Zealand.

Our current #SpectrumGrads are rotating through various contracts in the organisation and enjoying their unique experience, picking up skills and knowledge that is already enhancing their career path.

If you are or know an individual who would thrive in the #SpectrumGrad program, apply or encourage them to apply before 13 August 2017 via this link.
